ASSISTANT MANAGER / MANAGER (MARKING AND MODERATION), EXAM OPERATIONS DIVISION - 2-YEAR CONTRACT
Job Responsibilities
Successful applicant will play an active role in providing strategic administrative oversight and operational excellence in post-examination activities, with a focus on marking and moderation processes that impact educational outcomes across multiple institutions. The key responsibilities include:

Manage and deliver strategic administrative and operational oversight for large-scale post-examination activities

Conduct comprehensive exam system testing and business flow validation to identify areas of enhancement

Drive process improvement initiatives through data analysis, workflow optimisation, and automation implementation
-
Support operational excellence through data management, documentation creation, and stakeholder and examination workflow management
Job Requirements

Preferably a bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience in education sector or public administration
-
Professional certification(s) in project management, process improvement, or quality assurance would be advantageous
-
Experience with system testing and process improvements
-
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
A team player with excellent communication and coordination skills
-
Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment
